个人简历


中南大学粉末冶金研究院研究员、博士生导师,湖南省“杰出青年基金”获得者。现为美国电化学学会会员(ECS),中国有色金属学会会员。2007 年6 月在中国科学院上海微系统与信息技术研究所获得博士学位;2007 年7 月~2014 年6 月在湖南大学物理与微电子科学学院任副教授;于2014 年7 月以“升华学者”教授加入中南大学粉末冶金国家重点实验室,2018年1月入选湖南省“杰出青年”基金。
