小麦加工与优质面制品创制岗位科学家。2007年毕业于中国农业科学院农产品质量与食物安全专业。主持、参加课题情况:先后主持或参加国家“十三五”重点研发计划课题、国家“十二五”科技支撑计划课题、国家自然科学基金项目、农业部农业财政项目、中国工程院科技咨询项目等20余项。发表学术论文100余篇,其中SCI收录27篇;主要出版学术专著5部;授权发明专利9项;获得计算机软件著作权13项。获中国食品科学技术学会科技进步一等奖1项,陕西省科技进步二等奖1项。研究领域
