浙江大学 物理学 博士2014.09-2019.09Hasselt University Biology Joint PhD 2018.03-2019.03华中农业大学 植物科学与技术 学士 2010.09-2014.06研究方向;通过CRISPR/Cas9 系统创建低Cd积累水稻突变体,探索OsNramp5和OsLCT1吸收金属离子机制此项研究基于利用CRISPR/Cas9系统创建OsNramp5和OsLCT1突变体系,并通过营养液培养、土壤培养和田间试验鉴定,籽粒中Cd含量显著下降。不同突变体之间生理特性和农艺性状差异较大,在选育出优质育种材料的同时,进一步通过转录组分析、表达量鉴定和同步辐射等探索其分子机制。近期论文
