个人简历
曾为男,1980年1月出生,特聘教授,博士,2018年入选浙江省省级创新类人才。研究主要运用分子生物学和生物化学研究植物细胞壁合成,分析植物糖基转移酶(GT)的功能,创立了一套利用外源表达鉴定GT,在试管中模拟植物多糖的合成的系统。同时以杨树作为模式植物,研究林木次生壁发育和木材形成。在半纤维素木聚糖,AGP糖蛋白,蛋白N-糖基化等研究领域取得一定突破。近年来在国际主流期刊发表论文20余篇。与澳大利亚、日本、英国等多个实验室有密切国际合作展开植物细胞壁研究。学习与工作经历2017.12-至今浙江农林大学,林业与生物技术学院,特聘教授2011.02-2017.11澳大利亚墨尔本大学,副研究员2009.11-2010.11美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学,博士后2004.01-2009.09美国俄亥俄大学,分子细胞生物学专业,博士1997.09-2001.07北京师范大学,生命科学专业,学士教学工作本科:植物学研究生:植物生理生化专题科研项目2020-2023年,杨树细胞壁AGP的合成机制及其对材性的影响,自然科学基金面上项目,主持2007-2009年,小麦木聚糖合成项目,美国自然科学基金项目,研究助理2008-2009年,质谱分析植物细胞壁,美国农业部项目,研究助理研究领域
