个人简历

浙江大学管理学院“百人计划研究员”、博士生导师。他的研究重点是将运筹学应用到医疗与健康管理，利用建模和优化方法提高医疗资源运作效率、改善疾病诊疗决策，最终帮助改善我国整体的医疗服务水平；具体研究兴趣包括数据驱动决策优化、随机优化及其在医疗资源运作管理、慢性病管理、健康管理中的应用。其研究成果发表在Informs Journal on Computing(UTD)和IISE Transactions等期刊，并获得2016年Informs服务科学板块最佳论文提名奖。

慢性病的筛查和长期监控：例如癌症的筛查策略优化、心血管疾病的预警机制设计等
关键医疗资源的运营管理：例如多阶段动态的病人入院管理、手术室调度优化等
结合深度学习与数学规划算法研究及其在大规模仓储规划、运输问题以及医院运营中的应用等
计划招收大二及以上年级的本科生研究助理2-3名
招生要求：欢迎准备保研或出国的同学（专业不限）进入课题组体验科研生活；表现突出的同学可获得单独推荐至美国、欧洲等知名院校的教授
研究方向基于学生兴趣，但是要围绕数据、建模和优化。没有明确研究方向的同学也可以加入开放式课题，通常包括医院内部的管理问题、供应链管理公司的物流优化问题等
