个人简历
李莉,女,1984年10月生,籍贯山东。浙江大学生物系统工程与食品科学学院副教授、博士生导师、求是青年学者。中国教育部-加拿大农业部(CSC-AAFC)联合培养博士;以色列农业研究组织(Agricultural Research Organization)采后研究中心(Department of Postharvest Science)博士后。目前主要从事果蔬类食品的蛋白质组学、转录组学和代谢组学研究;以及果蔬类、谷物类食品的精准化保鲜技术和精深加工等技术研发。担任2017级食品系硕士研究生德育导师、2016级食品1602本科班班主任、2016-2017级新生之友。发表SCI/EI收录论文和中文核心论文70余篇,其中以第一/共一/通讯作者在Critical Reviews in Plant Sciences、Scientific Reports、Journal of Proteomics、Postharvest Biology and
