个人简历


江晓清,男,1959年4月出生,物理电子学博士。现任浙江大学信息与电子工程学系微电子学与固体电子学专业教授,博士生导师,国际电气电子工程师协会(IEEE)会员,中国光学学会纤维光学与集成光学专业委员。1978年全面恢复高考后考入原浙江丽水师范专科学校物理系,并毕业留校从事物理教学工作;1992年在杭州大学物理系获理学硕士学位,1996年在浙江大学信息与电子工程学系获得工学博士学位,2006年6-9月在美国加州UCLA做访问学者。目前从事集成光电子学与硅基光电子学研究,曾主持负责国家重点基础研究发展计划(973),国家自然科学基金、国家自然科学重点基金、浙江省自然科学基金和重点科技项目多项,已在国内外等学术刊物上发表有关SCI论文200余篇,在光波导器件方面已获国家发明专利80余项,获省部二等奖一项。
