从事研究设计二维材料石墨烯与低维传统半导体构建的,与CMOS兼容的新型红外光电探测器。在功能化石墨烯、铟镓砷纳米线/量子点/量子阱级联等结构上开展了一系列工作,细致的研究了低维材料中光与物质相互作用的物理机制,并将其特性应用于光电探测器件与发光器件。""近期论文
