2008年获德国马丁-路德大学博士学位。2008年-2010年,在德国弗莱堡大学医学院进行博士后研究; 2010年-2017年历任弗莱堡大学医学院助理研究员/课题组长及研究员(PI)。2017年3月起,任中国医学科学院/北京协和医学院“协和学者”教授,任职于病原生物学系。研究领域
研究方向为膜蛋白的生成与演化以及蛋白质的跨膜转运机理,具体为革兰氏阴性菌外膜β-桶状蛋白的膜整合与演化和病原蛋白跨细菌外膜的转运机理研究;以外膜蛋白为靶点的新型抗生素开发(包括天然产物的分离分析及基于此的药物筛选);基于蛋白质跨细菌外膜转运的细菌细胞表面蛋白展示技术为基础的生物工程产品开发(如疫苗开发等)。近期论文
