个人简历


洪浩,博士,中国药科大学药学院药理系教授,博士生导师,课题组长,教育部创新团队成员,“神经精神疾病靶标发现与新药评价”校级重点实验室主任。兼任中国药理学会神经精神药理专业委员会及抗衰老与老年痴呆专业委员会常务委员;江苏省药理学会海外科技交流中心主任及教学专业委员会秘书长;江苏省首席科技传播专家;“神经药理学报”编委;美国“Metabolic Brain Disease”杂志副主编。洪浩教授于1989年6月毕业于中国药科大学,2001年6月获安徽中医学院医学硕士学位,2004年6月获中国药科大学理(药)学博士学位,2005年10月至2006年10月在日本Kinki University任访问学者,2016年12月至2017年5月在美国Auburn University任高级研究学者。主持承担国家自然科学基金及重大新药创制等国家和省部级项目共计6项;以第一作者或通讯作者在国际知名杂志如Brain Behav Immun, Neurobiology of Aging,Br J Pharmacol,Int J Neuropsychopharmacol,Neuropharmacology,Psychopharmacology等发表SCI收录的论文30余篇,获发明专利2项;参编中英文著作各1部。

研究领域


神经精神药理。研究采用分子遗传学、细胞分子生物学及动物行为学等实验方法探寻介导阿尔茨海默病与抑郁症发生发展的关键分子,确证其作为药物调控的分子靶标,并以此为基础发掘活性物质、开发防治药物。当前作为课题负责人正在承担的课题有国家自然科学基金面上项目2项。已获得国内外同行公认的研究成果如半胱氨酰白三烯受体 1( CysLT1R)参与多种因素所致的学习记忆损害以及过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体δ(PPARδ)调控应激诱导的抑郁样行为(详见近期已发表的研究论文)。
