个人简历
陈君,女,博士,博士研究生导师,特聘研究员。2000年7毕业于中国药科大学中药制药专业,获学士学位;2006年7月毕业于中国药科大学生药学专业,获博士学位,并留校任教。现为生药学系主任。入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”。主要基于中药“一药多效”特性,从与心血管疾病、器官纤维化等多种疾病发生、发展密切相关的氧化应激机制这一关键环节入手,集成多学科方法与手段,在信号分子、靶标蛋白、细胞信号传导通路等不同水平创建符合中药特点的活性成分群高效辨识新方法,从不同层次水平辨识活性成分,阐明其作用机制,回答中药众多成分中“哪些成分有效”,进而建立基于活性成分的质量评价方法。主持国家自然科学基金项目4项:基于比较代谢组学研究二妙丸类方抗高尿酸血症整体作用机制与药效物质基础(81773887);基于丹参酮小分子探针研究其抗血管内皮细胞氧化应激损伤的分子靶标及调控机制(81573705);多靶垂钓/成分在线捕获方法的建立及在抗老年痴呆中药药效物质群研究中的应用(81073006);高效液相偶联自由基捕获检测系统用于中药抗氧化效应评价及其物质基础研究(30801521)。教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”项目1项(中药质量评价,NCET-09-0769);负责完成了2010年版《中国药典》山银花、萹蓄等品种的质量标准起草;作为研究骨干,参与了国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家重大科技专项“重大新药创制”和国家863项目等课题的研究工作。为国家自然科学基金委创新群体、教育部创新团队的主要成员。共发表SCI收录论文47篇,全部论文被SCI他引742次,单篇他引最高81次,获授权发明专利10项。获2013年度教育部自然科学一等奖(排名第四),2009年度国家科学技术进步二等奖(排名第九)。指导本科生完成的作品获第十二届“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛江苏省三等奖,指导本科生开展的国家大学生创新性实验计划项目入围第四届全国大学生创新年会学术论文大赛(2011年)。研究领域
