个人简历

常志强，博士，副研究员，硕士研究生导师。主要从事海水健康养殖模式和技术方面的研究工作，主持、参与各类科研项目10余项，包括主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、青年科学基金项目1项、国家重点研发计划“蓝色粮仓”重点专项子课题1项、中央级公益性科研院所基本科研业务费专项课题3项、国家海洋局海洋经济创新发展示范城市项目子课题1项，作为骨干人员参与国家虾蟹产业技术体系岗位科学家项目1项（2010年至今）、国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、青年科学基金1项、山东省泰山产业领军人才工程项目1项。发表研究论文50余篇（SCI第一作者14篇），主编专著1部，参编4部，获授权国家发明专利1项（第5），实用新型专利1项（第1），软件著作权1项。研究成果“虾蟹多营养层次绿色养殖关键技术与示范” 获2019年度山东省科技进步一等奖（第6），“脊尾白虾生态健康养殖模式与推广” 获2019年度中国水产学会范蠡科学技术奖科技进步一等奖（第18）。参与建立“海水池塘多营养层次生态健康养殖技术”和“对虾工厂化循环水高效生态养殖技术”分别于2016、2019年被农业农村部遴选为农业主推技术，在我国沿海虾蟹主养区进行了产业化推广应用，经济、社会和生态效益显著。

1）对虾绿色养殖模式与关键技术研发；2）微生物驱动的海水养殖系统氮循环及其应用；3）水产药物代谢动力学及药残预测模型构建与应用。""
