个人简历

白昌明、博士、副研究员，2012年毕业于中国科学院动物研究所，获生态学博士学位，同年进入黄海水产研究所从事科研工作。2016~2020年任欧盟“地平线2020”贝类病害防控项目咨询专家，2019年起任世界动物卫生组织（OIE）贝类疫病易感宿主评估工作组成员。
近年来，围绕两种软体动物疱疹病毒——牡蛎疱疹病毒（OsHV-1）和鲍疱疹病毒（HaHV-1）的分子流行病学、株系分化和鉴别诊断，组织病理和亲嗜性以及与宿主相互作用等方面开展了大量研究工作，在Virology, Viruses, Diseases of Aquatic Organisms等病
毒学与水生动物病害领域的国际权威杂志发表论文20余篇
