袁黎明,男,1961出生,重庆云阳人。82年毕业于重庆三峡学院,88年于云南大学获硕士学位,97年于北京理工大学获博士学位,02-04年于日本名古屋大学作博士后研究(JSPS)。92年任云南师范大学化学系副主任、99年任主任、2000年将系建设成化学化工学院后任首任院长。现为云南省二级岗位教授,云南省高等学校“生化分离分析”重点实验室主任,云南师范大学化学化工学院党委书记,华东师范大学分析化学专业博士研究生导师。研究领域
