肖瀛,博士(食品营养与安全专业),副教授,硕士生导师,现任食品系系主任主要研究成果在J FUNCT FOODS, FOOD CHEM TOXCOL, FRONT PHARMACOL, J SCI FOOD AGR 等相关领域重要期刊(SCI源)上发表论文10余篇(第一作者或通讯作者)。主持完成国家自然基金青年项目1项(基于转录组联合代谢组的抗氧化剂原花青素调节钙代谢异常机理的研究,31401504)。获奖情况作为主要完成人2013年 获上海市教学成果奖一等奖、校级教学成果特等奖作为主要完成人2017年 获上海市教学成果奖二等奖、校级教学成果特等奖开设的课程《(食品)生物化学》、《食品化学》、《食品试验设计与计算机统计分析》、《功能食品学》、《企业认识实习》等本科生课程;《高级生物化学》、《生物技术研究方法与进展》等研究生课程研究领域
