研究领域


我们课题组长期关注自旋电子学方面的研究,在强关联量子材料、自旋动力学、自旋拓扑物理和量子器件等方面取得了一系列成果。课题组目前的重心集中在基于磁性斯格明子(skyrmion)的拓扑自旋轨道电子学。自从在非中心对称的手性块体磁性材料中被发现以后,斯格明子在凝聚态物理学以及自旋电子学领域引起了非常大的关注。这来源于:1)由于受拓扑保护,斯格明子非常容易被电流的驱动从而被认为是低功耗自旋器件的最佳选择。2)实空间自旋拓扑态的给予了丰富的拓扑输运现象,包括拓扑电荷的霍尔效应,新兴磁电动力学,等效磁单极子等等。\r

在低维人工磁性异质结中,通过引入界面的反演对称性破缺以及相应的手性磁相互作用,我们研究团队做出了开创性的贡献。包括实现室温下的斯格明子以及它的自旋电流操控,观测到拓扑电荷的霍尔效应。这个领域里还有很多有趣的, 并且具有巨大潜在科技应用价值的拓扑物理现象等待被索。\r
