研究领域


"多年从事生物医学光学方法、技术、应用及仪器的交叉学科科研工作,主持国家自然科学基金(10项)、国家科技计划、省市科技计划、企业科技开发等几十项目,先后开展医学显微影像数字化智能化、光学相干层析(OCT)技术、光学弱测量非标记生物分子相互作用传感、高通量生物芯片分析技术等研究工作,具体如下:\r

在医学病理显微影像数字化及其人工智能分析领域,攻关纳米位移传感及动控制技术,实现了高倍显微成像的高速对焦,在此基础上研制了病理切片/细胞涂片的大区域数字化扫描仪,通量高达3000片/天,技术指标国际领先,中国市场占有率30%,同时开发深度学习方法对异常组织、细胞、细胞器及微生物进行识别、分类等辅助诊断。\r

在OCT影像领域,实现了时域频域联合分析系统方法,发展差分吸收OCT技术测量眼房水中糖浓度,开拓了基于互相关OCT的流体速度分布测量,获授权系列专利,国内首次实现仪器技术攻关并产业化,指标达国际领先水平,参与制定国家标准两项,眼科产品在中国市场占有率35%;其他医学科室用OCT正在研发转化过程中。\r

在非标记生物分子相互作用测量领域,首次开拓光学弱测量分子传感器,研制了基于偏振干涉的频域弱测量系统,得到了基于弱值放大的稳定测量,在普通玻璃片上实现了高分辨(5x10-7RIU)的蛋白分子检测。开拓了对称波导结构的长程SPR高分辨分子相互作用传感器,将折射率分辨率提高到5x10-8RIU。\r

在液相高通量生物芯片分析领域,首次实现了数字化编码,利用原子光谱、拉曼光谱、光学相位等多个物理量进行载体编码,与现有用荧光强度这一模拟量编码的技术相比,编码准确性、稳定性大幅提高,同时去除了噪声提高了检测信噪比,这一高灵敏度高能量的分析技术具有广阔的应用前景。"
