个人简历


何伟,1993至2001就读于中国科学技术大学化学系,本科生,硕士生。2001至2007年就读于美国University of Rochester,获得化学博士学位。2007至2008年就职于美国 Makoto Life Science, INC., 任研究科学家。2008至2010年就职 于美国 Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, INC.,任研究科学家。2011年1月加入清华大学,任特别研究员,博士生导师。2017年晋升清华大学长聘教授。主要研究方向为(纳米)金属催化及药物分子发现。主要学术兼职包括从2016起任RSC Advances 杂志副主编。

研究领域


""面向当前创新药物研究中的挑战,何伟研究组主要在下述两个方向展开研究。(1)金属纳米有机催化。根据精细化学品和药物合成的需求,我们立足于金属纳米材料的可控合成,通过调控催化剂活性来实现高效高选择性的有机反应, 包括含硅化合物的合成化学和化学生物学研究; (2)基于片段的药物发现。我们结合片段筛选和基于结构的药物设计,发现特异性靶向新型、可药性低的蛋白靶点的功能有机小分子(如溴域蛋白、去泛素化酶等),并展开化学生物学及早期药物发现工作。""""
