个人简历

孙杰，现任南京航空航天大学电子信息工程学院/集成电路学院专聘副研究员、硕士生导师。2009年、2012年、2019年分别获得东南大学微电子学与固体电子学本科、硕士和博士学位。
长期从事模拟和数模混合集成电路设计的教学和科研工作，主要研究方向：
1）面向5G/6G、卫星互联网和雷达的高速高精度时间交织ADC芯片设计；
2）面向无线通信应用的高速前端电路设计；
3）面向IOT应用的高能效、高精度ADC如Noise Shaping、Digitally Assisted、Delta-Sigma ADC架构、算法和电路设计。
任职以来，已主持国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金、中央高校基本科研业务费项目等5项课题。在IEEE TCAS、IEEE TVLSI、IEEE ISCAS以及IET EL等集成电路设计著名期刊和会议发表多篇论文。
