个人简历
2012年6月南京大学电子科学与工程学院博士毕业,随后在现代工程与应用科学学院先后任助理研究员(期间在瑞典皇家工学院访问研究)、副研究员和副教授[u1]。研究兴趣主要集中在面向大容量光通讯和光互联的光子集成芯片,包括DFB半导体激光器以及多波长阵列、模分复用光集成芯片等以及它们的系统应用。主持国家自然科学青年基金一项;江苏省自然科学青年基金一项;作为学术骨干参与国家“863”计划项目和国家自然科学基金重点项目等多项。近年来在Optics Letters、Optics Express以及IEEE Photonics Technology Letters 等光学领域国际主要学术期刊发表或合作发表SCI检索论文30余篇;授权或申请专利11项,其中授权美国专利一项,一项专利在2012年被收录为江苏省百件优质专利名录。研究领域
