个人简历

2007-2012年在麻省理工学院-新加坡联盟攻读博士学位；2012-2016年在法国巴斯德研究所完成博士后训练， 2016-2018年任助理研究员；2018年获“登峰人才计划”支持，受聘为南京大学教授/医药生物技术国家重点实验室研究员，在模式动物研究所成立课题组；2019年受聘为博导，获得国家重点研发计划青年项目首席（原青年973首席），江苏省“双创人才“及”特聘教授“；2020年获得江苏省”双创团队领军人才；2021年获得国家”优青”。主要研究成果发表在Cell，Nature Methods，Nature Communications等期刊，多次受邀在国际大会报告，获国际专利一项并转化。

研究领域

为加速基础生物学发现向临床疾病治疗的转化，本课题组研发了一系列小鼠品系和实验方法，将人免疫系统与多种人体组织嵌合到小鼠中，解决传统小鼠模型与临床试验难以回答的科学问题。当前课题组方向包括：（1）全人抗体免疫系统人源化小鼠模型开发；（2）免疫系统+肝脏/肺双人源化小鼠模型；（3）肿瘤及自身免疫系统疾病的免疫治疗；（4）菌群调控人体免疫系统发育及功能。目前实验室受国家基金委/科技部，江苏省科技厅/教育厅及南京大学双一流经费支持，已经承担包括国家重点研究计划，江苏省双创团队，中央高校专项资金等多项研究课题。""
