个人简历

李晨，2011年获南京大学材料化学学士学位，2015年获南京大学材料物理与化学博士学位，2016年至今就职于南京大学现代工程与应用科学学院。主要从事钙钛矿氧化物异质结构的制备、结构及电磁性能等方面的基础及应用研究。主持江苏省自然科学基金（青年）一项，作为学术骨干参加了科技部国家重点基础研究发展计划（973 计划）、国家自然科学基金等项目。近年来在极性/非极性钙钛矿氧化物异质结构，金属/铁电体/半导体铁电隧道结等研究方向发表多篇SCI论文，多次参加国内外学术会议并做报告。

研究领域

钙钛矿氧化物异质结构；铁电、多铁材料；扫描探针显微技术。
