个人简历

1976年生，江苏扬州市人，博士，教授、博士生导师。2004年获南京大学地图学与地理信息系统博士学位。先后入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”入选者（2012），江苏省杰出青年基金获得者（2016），江苏省333人才工程中青年学术技术带头人（2016）。主持国家自然科学基金项目、国家863重点项目课题、863项目/国家重点研发项目子课题等；主要负责国土资源大调查项目、国家行业公益项目等项目20余项；发表学术论文100余篇，其中SCI论文50篇(第一作者、通讯作者)、计算机与技术学科类EI论文30余篇、一级学报论文10余篇；参与制定国家行业标准1部；申请国家发明专利17项，其中已授权12项（其中，第一发明人6项）；登记软件著作权7项；获国家科学技术进步奖二等奖（2014，4/15），地理信息科技进步奖一等奖（国家测绘地理信息局，2013，4/10）、测绘科技进步奖一等奖（国家测绘局，2009，3/9）、“十一五”测绘地理信息优秀青年贡献奖（国家测绘地理信息局，2011）、测绘地理信息教学成果奖二等奖（国家测绘地理信息局，3/7）等奖项。
