个人简历


2004年获得美国密苏里大学哥伦比亚分校遗传学博士学位。2005-2012年于美国巴克衰老研究所做博士后,期间进行衰老生物研究。2013年加入南京大学模式动物研究所至今,任副教授。

研究领域


衰老表现为由于时间的推移所带来的功能性下降和死亡率上升。对于衰老及其相关疾病(心血管疾病、糖尿病、癌症、神经退化性疾病等)的分子机理的认识是基础生物学和生物医学研究中的重要课题。近年来的研究在分子水平表明衰老能够被高度保守的信号传导通路所调节,遗传和环境因素的改变可以显著的延长寿命并且推迟甚至消除与衰老相关的疾病的发生。秀丽线虫(C. elegans)由于其生活史的简单性和遗传学研究的易操作性,已经被广泛的应用于现代生物学研究。我们实验室以秀丽线虫为模式生物,通过遗传学、分子细胞生物学和系统生物学手段,探索衰老及其相关疾病的分子机理。
主要研究方向有:
(1)Insulin/IGF-1和mTOR信号通路组织特异性调节衰老的基因组学研究;
(2)饮食限制(dietary restriction)延缓衰老的分子机理;
(3)RNA代谢影响衰老及其相关疾病的机制研究。""
