研究领域

生物信息学和计算生物学；着重于使用机器学习、统计理论、优化算法等数理方法来系统地定量研究生物问题，并设计和开发相应的分析方法和工具。目前主要研究兴趣为基于多组学高通量测序技术的表观遗传学研究、单细胞组学研究、基因（后）转录调控研究和三维基因组构象研究
