个人简历
2001年在昆明理工大学获材料学方向工学硕士学位。2004年在中国科学院固体物理研究所材料物理重点实验室获凝聚态物理方向理学博士学位。博士期间师从张立德研究员,从事准一维纳米材料的合成和性能研究。其后在中国科学院半导体研究所半导体材料重点实验室师从王占国院士,从事半导体纳米材料的合成和性能方向博士后研究。2006年8月加入南昌大学材料学院。近期论文
