个人简历


1981年2月出生,教授 硕士生导师,江苏科技大学理学院教师。主要承担大学物理及半导体物理的教学科研工作。近年来发表教学及科研论文20余篇,主持及参与科研项目近10项。获得江苏省“333”工程第三层次培养对象,江苏省“六大人才高峰”资助对象,江苏省“青蓝工程”青年骨干教师培养对象等荣誉称号。
