1. 基于单细胞测序技术利用生物信息学方法阐释细胞的分化、鉴定肿瘤或正常组织的新细胞亚型、解析组织的异质性和不同细胞亚型间的相互作用等; 2. 利用多组学大数据(包括基因组、转录组、蛋白质组、表观组等测序数据)系统地解析和阐释特定癌症或肿瘤的致病机理并鉴定相应的生物标志物; 3. 多组学生物大数据分析平台的开发,整合与解析各种组学数据,在全基因组范围内揭示基因的功能、各种致病变异、表达谱、甲基化状态等; 4. 长非编码RNA的鉴定及相应的功能注释研究; 5. 基于蛋白质相互作用网络、转录调控网络等研究基因发挥功能的潜在机制等。
