个人简历
王俊,男,1981年5月生,博士(中美联合培养),副教授,中国大豆产业协会理事,九三学社社员。2013年毕业于中国农业科学院作物科学研究所。主讲本科生《生物化学》,研究生《高级植物育种技术》等课程。本人在国内率先构建大豆巢氏关联作图(NestedAssociationMapping)群体,利用高通量测序、遗传学及分子生物学手段,系统性的对大豆重要农艺性状及产量相关性状进行遗传分析,并进行基因功能研究。目前已克隆到大豆蛋白亚基调控基因并进行功能验证。同时,本人在利用大豆微核心种质及地方品种育种中取得突破,为拓宽大豆育种材料遗传基础,打破遗传瓶颈,并积累优异材料奠定了扎实基础。在国际知名杂志MolecularPlantMicrobeInteraction,PlantBiotechnologyJournal,JournalofIntegrativeAgriculture,TheCropJournal等上发表论文10篇,国内权威及核心期刊发表论文6篇,并担任审稿人。目前主持国家“十三五”重点研发计划2项,完成国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,国家科技攻关项目1项,其他省部级项目3项。近期论文
