个人简历

男，研究员/教授，生于1980年，中共党员，研究生学历，博士学位。1998年至2002年就读兰州大学，获学士学位；2002年至2005年就读中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所，获硕士学位；2005年至2008年就读中国科学院研究生院，获博士学位。2008年7月入职中国气象科学研究院，2010年11月获副研究员职称，2016年获研究员职称。期间于2008年11月至2009年9月访问香港理工大学，2012年3月至2012年2月访问俄克拉荷马大学（美国国家强风暴实验室），2017年12月至2018年12月访问日本岐阜大学。现任中国气象科学研究院灾害天气国家重点实验室研究员，博士生导师，兼任成都信息工程大学硕士生导师。
