男，研究员，生于1978年，研究生学历，理学博士学位。2006年获北京师范大学大气环境化学专业理学博士学位，现任国家卫星气象中心遥感应用室副主任，风云三号气象卫星应用示范系统主任设计师、中国气象学会卫星气象学委员会委员、中国环境科学学会环境信息系统与遥感专业委员会委员、全国气候与气候变化标准化技术委员会委员、中国电子学会遥感遥测遥控分会委员、全国低碳计量技术委员会-温室气体计量工作组专家、国际地球观测组织（GEO）全球碳观测系统工作组专家和中国地球观测组织（GEO）部际协调小组支撑专家。
