2006年7月在西南交通大学获微电子技术学士学位,2013年7月在西南交通大学获通信与信息系统博士学位,目前在电子科技大学仪器科学与技术兼职从事博士后研究工作。应邀担任《Applied Physics Letters》,《Chemical Communication》,《IEEE Electron Device Letters》,《IEEE Transactions onUltrasonics,Ferroelectrics andFrequency control》,《Sensors and Actutor A:Physical》,《Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical》,《IEEE Sensors Journal》,《Applied SurfaceScience》,《RSC Advances》,《Sensors》,《Sensor Letters》等十余种国际SCI期刊审稿人。
获奖
2015年7月被评为成都信息工程大学2014年度“校科技先进工作者”
