2006年7月在西南交通大学获微电子技术学士学位，2013年7月在西南交通大学获通信与信息系统博士学位，目前在电子科技大学仪器科学与技术兼职从事博士后研究工作。应邀担任《Applied Physics Letters》，《Chemical Communication》，《IEEE Electron Device Letters》,《IEEE Transactions onUltrasonics，Ferroelectrics andFrequency control》，《Sensors and Actutor A：Physical》,《Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical》，《IEEE Sensors Journal》，《Applied SurfaceScience》，《RSC Advances》，《Sensors》，《Sensor Letters》等十余种国际SCI期刊审稿人。
