男，研究员，生于1977年，中共党员，研究生学历，博士学位。现任中国气象科学研究院灾害天气国家重点实验副主任、雷电团队首席。
获奖情况
1．2017年被评为全国气象工作先进工作者
2．2015年入选中国气象局科技领军人才
3．2015年获气象科学技术进步成果二等奖（“雷电临近预警系统的研发和应用”，排名第三）
4．2014年被评为全国优秀青年气象科技工作者
5．2010年在意大利获得由国际雷电防护会议（ICLP）学术委员会颁发的“Diploma for Young Scientists”荣誉
