女，副教授，生于1982年，中共党员，博士研究生学历，博士学位。2009年兰州大学毕业，获气象学专业博士学位。2011年1-6月、2014年7-9月访问美国国家大气研究中心（NCAR）。2013年5月至11月，国家公派访问学者，访问美国国家大气研究中心（NCAR）。
