男，副研究员，生于1983年，中共党员，博士研究生学历，理学博士学位。现任中国气象科学研究院青藏高原与极地气象科学研究所副所长，中国科学院冰冻圈科学国家重点实验室客座研究员，国际北极科学委员会专家委员，中国极地青年科学家学会主席，中国科学探险协会理事，中国气象学会“冰冻圈与极地气象分会”委员。
获奖情况
1. 2010和2014年两次获得“全国优秀青年气象科技工作者”称号
2. 2017年5月获人力资源与社会保障部和国家海洋局联合颁发的“中国极地考察先进个人”称号
3. 2018年获“施雅风青年科学家奖”
