张文涛,男,博士,副教授。2005年毕业于沈阳化工大学材料化学专业并获工学学士学位;2011年毕业于韩国忠南大学应用材料学专业获工学博士学位。主要从事材料学、无机化学领域教学研究工作,主要研究方向是稀土功能材料、纳米无机材料的研制及应用等。主持教育部博士点基金、人社部留学人员择优项目、四川省应用基础研究等项目6项,主研国家及省部级科研项目10余项。发表学术论文20余篇,申请国家发明专利2项。 \r\r讲授课程:\r本科生课程:材料物理性能,半导体材料与元器件,LED照明原理与技术,封装材料与技术,专业英语\r研究生课程:材料结构与性能,新能源材料与技术研究领域
