一、纳米药物载体材料的设计与制备 合成新型的的两亲性嵌段共聚物将其自组装成纳米粒子,用来装载药物和基因制备成新型的药物或基因载体,并进行肿瘤靶向性改性,获得智能靶向载药纳米体系;合成纳米无机材料微球,用做药物载体,实现治疗介导与示踪诊疗一体化。 二、光动力学疗法和光动力抗菌 以大环化合物酞菁、卟啉等为研究对象,通过化学修饰将其水溶性和靶向性处理,并制备纳米载体装载光敏剂进行光动力学治疗恶性肿瘤。以天然高分子水凝胶为载体,担载亚甲基蓝、阳离子卟啉等光敏剂,通过光照产生单线态氧杀死细菌,实现光动力抗菌,是未来对抗无抗生素可以抑制的超级细菌的一种治疗手段。 三、基因载体 以阳离子聚合物为研究对象,以聚氨基酸为研究重点,合成具备高转染效率,低毒性的超枝化阳离子聚合物。研究基因载体在担载基因进行基因治疗的过程,研究治疗基因和药物共载治疗肿瘤的效果。根据纳米粒子在体内传输过程中所遇到的屏障,设计具有电荷翻转的遮蔽体系,获得能够有效对抗恶性肿瘤药物传输体系。近期论文
