1982年西安公路学院工程力学专业学士毕业，2001年长安大学大学道路与铁道工程专业博士毕业现为长安大学理学院教授、硕士生导师，陕西省力学学会理事

工程结构力学计算与分析、桥面铺装层力学分析与设计理论、路面结构分析及设计理论与方法等方向
