个人简历


北京师范大学二级教授,国家杰出青年基金获得者。2005年获中科院自动化所博士学位,2005-2007年加拿大麦吉尔大学蒙特利尔神经病学研究所博士后。现为认知神经科学与学习国家重点实验室副主任,神经影像大数据与人脑连接组学北京市重点实验室创始主任,IDG/麦戈文脑科学研究院课题组长。担任神经影像学国际权威期刊Human Brain Mapping副主编、NeuroImage编委

研究领域


计算神经影像、人脑连接组学和脑发育。主要研究方向包括:(1)采用无创的多模态神经影像技术(如结构、功能、弥散和灌注成像等)研究活体人脑结构和功能连接网络的构建、描述和评价计算方法和计算模型,并探索其认知功能和生理基础;(2)采用影像连接组学方法研究人脑网络发育与神经精神疾病网络受损机制及诊疗评估等;(3)开发基于神经影像的人脑连接组分析和可视化软硬件计算平台
