2004年7月至今，北京林业大学生物学院林木遗传育种学科工作。
2007年12月—2008年12月，瑞典植物科学中心（Umea Plant Science Center,UPSC）博士后；
2006年6月—2007年6月，澳大利亚联邦科学与工业组织（CSIRO）林业与林产品研究所分子遗传学实验室博士后；
2005年8月—9月，日本国际协力机构进修班结业；
2001年9月—2004年6月，北京林业大学攻读林木遗传育种学博士学位；
1998年9月—2001年6月，中国林业科学研究院亚热带林业研究所攻读林木遗传育种学硕士学位；
1994年9月—1998年6月，北京林业大学攻读森林保护学学士学位
