个人简历
1999年在安徽师范大学获学士学位,2003年在中国科学技术大学获得博士学位。2004年2月-2013年2月分别在韩国汉阳大学、日本国立材料研究所、美国南加州大学以及华中科技大学武汉光电国家实验室从事科研工作。2013年加入半导体所超晶格国家重点实验室工作。2016年获国家杰出青年研究基金资助,2014-2016连续三年入选Elsevier中国高被引学者榜单,2015年获茅以升科学技术奖--北京青年科技奖,2012年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划。现为中国材料研究学会理事,中国材料研究学会纳米材料与器件分会常务理事,副秘书长。担任Nanoscale Research Letters助理编辑,以及Progress in Natural Science Materials International、Journal of Nanoelectronics and Optoelectronics等多个SCI期刊编委研究领域
