个人简历 1975年出生。2005年毕业于西安交通大学，获得博士学位。 工作经历 2005年7月-至今, 北京理工大学物理学院，讲师。 2015年3月-2016年2月,University of Liverpool, Department EE，访问学者

研究领域

从事低温等离子体物理方面的研究工作, 主要关注射频等离子体、微放电等离子体中的物理物理现象、机制，以及等离子体源的设计、研究和应用。
