个人简历
个人简介 柳伟,1970年生,博士,教授,博士生导师。1992年本科毕业于浙江大学材料科学与工程学系,1997年于西北工业大学获工学硕士学位,2001年于中国科学院金属研究所(原中科院金属腐蚀与防护研究所)材料科学与工程专业腐蚀与防护方向获博士学位。2001年至2003年在中科院金属所腐蚀与防护国家重点实验室和东北大学材料与冶金学院从事博士后研究,2003年在北京科技大学新材料技术研究院腐蚀与防护中心工作至今。2008年被中国腐蚀与防护学会评为研究员级高级防腐蚀工程师,2013年被北京科技大学聘为博士生导师,2013年至2014年在国际著名油气腐蚀研究机构美国俄亥俄大学腐蚀与多相流技术中心作访问学者。长期担任海洋和油气腐蚀项目组负责人。作为项目负责人主持国家重点研发计划战略性国际科技创新合作重点专项、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家科技支撑计划子课题和石油科技中青年创新基金等项目,承担国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家973和863项目、国家科技重大专项、国家材料环境腐蚀平台项目、中海油、钢铁公司和中国船级社等国家和工业界海洋和油气腐蚀等科研项目47项,其中,担任项目负责人主持完成横向项目31项。指导硕士生67人,毕业59人; 指导博士生17名(包括泰国学生1名),毕业7人。从2003年至今,每年主讲研究生《腐蚀与防护》课程, 多年主讲本科生《耐蚀材料与防护技术》和《金属腐蚀学》课程。在Corrosion Science,Applied Surface Science,Journal of Materials Science & Technology,Metallurgical and Materials Transactions A,Materials and Corrosion,Wear,Applied Ocean Research,Journal of Natural Gas Science and Engineering,金属学报,物理化学学报等国内外刊物上发表SCI或EI论文40余篇,在美国腐蚀工程师NACE腐蚀年会发表论文17篇。在美国、加拿大和泰国召开的腐蚀专题或国际学术会议作特邀或专题学术报告10余次。获授权国家发明专利9项,获军队科技进步奖1项,获中国海洋工程咨询协会海洋工程科学技术奖1项。作为负责人独立建成国内首家获中国船级社认可证书、CNAS和CMA资质的耐蚀钢腐蚀实验室。完成鞍钢、首钢、攀钢、马钢、安钢、钢研院和中石化等企业技术人员金属腐蚀授课和培训。2018年被北京科技大学新材料技术研究院授予“卓越人才奖”。研究领域
