个人简介
李成明,1962年生,工学博士,教授,博士生导师。1983年毕业于北京钢铁学院(现北京科技大学)金属学及热处理专业,先后获学士、硕士和博士学位,中国科学院力学研究所博士后。先后在美国西弗吉尼亚大学、德州农工大学做访问学者,及宾夕法尼亚大学、美国能源部国家能源技术实验室进行访问与交流,及俄罗斯科学院普洛霍罗夫普通物理研究所(GPI)和无线电工程与电子研究所进行学术访问交流。目前兼任中国机械工程学会热处理学会理事、全国磨料磨具标准化技术委员会委员、单晶金刚石电子器件泛太平洋研发产业联盟理事等职。先后主持科技部重点研发计划、国家“863”研究计划、国家自然科学基金、省部自然基金、国家重点实验室基金项目等多项。参加编写专著3部,参加制定和审议中华人民共和国国家标准两项。先后发表学术论200多篇,其中SCI收录论文超过120篇,申请中国专利和国际专利50余项,培养博士生和硕士生60多名
