简 历
黄旗明，北京科技大学副教授、硕士导师，华中理工大学博士，浙江大学计算机系博士后，北京邮电大学计算机学院副研究员，香港大学访问学者。在北京科技大学计通学院，开展未来物联网、云计算的加密认证授权，区块链智能合约、数据隐私保护和基于深度学习的计算机视频分类、网络入侵检测方向的科研工作，并致力于在智慧城市、工业互联网、健康医疗信息系统、车联网等领域的应用。发表学术论文50余篇，约20余篇被SCI、EI收录，论文集1部，合著1部，合编教材4部。讲授数据结构与算法分析、移动互联网、通信网安全基础、现代通信保密基础、计算机网络、软件工程、计算机导论与程序设计等课程。

主持或参加多项国家自然基金、省（市）自然基金、中国博士后基金等纵向课题和电信运营商等的横向课题，同时主持校级本科生和研究生培养教学项目。在北京科技大学主要从事5G、物联网、云计算、工业互联网、医疗健康信息系统的认证授权、大数据隐私保护和基于深度学习的医学影像分类、网络入侵检测等研究工作；在浙江大学计算机系博士后流动站期间，从事计算机辅助创新的人工智能方向研究；在香港大学访问期间，从事Web日志的网页数据挖掘和数据仓库技术研究；在北京邮电大学计算机学院工作期间，从事电信运营支撑系统客户关系数据挖掘、网络管理故障诊断、网络服务质量方向研究"
