唐代盛，北京交通大学经济管理学院教授、博士生导师，中国劳动经济学会理事，四川省人口学会副秘书长，四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选。2005年6月毕业于西南财经大学，获法学博士学位，2005年9月至2008年9月在中国人民大学劳动人事学院从事应用经济学博士后工作，主要研究领域为劳动经济、健康经济、公共管理等。先后主持或参加国家社科基金项目、国家自然科学基金项目、教育部人文社科项目、省软科学项目、省社科规划项目以及政府研究（规划）项目和企业咨询项目数十项。公开发表PLOS ONE等SCI检索论文，《管理世界》、《经济学家》、《改革》、《经济学动态》、《人口研究》、《中国行政管理》等CSSCI在内的学术论文六十余篇。担任Physica A （Elsevier）、《中国管理科学》审稿人。先后担任重庆江北机场、四川省国税系统、攀钢集团有限公司、中国兵器工业集团公司等多家大中型企事业单位的项目评审专家及培训工作。
