教育背景
Education
He received his Ph.D degree and Master degree in communication and information system from Beijing Jiaotong University (BJTU) in July, 2010 and in May, 1997 respectively. Before that, he received his Bachelor degree at the same school in July, 1992.
Work Experience
At present, he is an associate professor working with SEIE of BJTU.
In 2013, he did research work at the Polytechnic Institute of NYU, working with prof. Yong Liu, as a visitor scholar.
In May 1997, he joined the SEIE of BJTU as a lecturer and researcher.
Research Interest
His area of research interest includes network measurement and modeling on P2P systems / overlay applications and software defined network, design of distributed caching algorithms, and IP network measurement and management.
As a 15-year veteran in the field of telecommunications and information system, he has made some achievements. In past years, he has led or participated in more than 10 research & development projects, which were sponsored by Chinese Research Foundation like NSFC and China-973, or come from enterprises like China Mobile, China Telecom, Tencent and PPLive. He has published more than 15 papers in international journals or conferences, and coauthored a book on P2P reverse engineering. Some of his work has been used to guide the practical engineering design. In addition, he was also invited as the reviewer of paper of GlobeCom2011 and GlobeCom2012.
