北京航空航天大学经济管理学院教授、博士生导师，北航校学术委员会委员；中国物流学会常务理事，中国系统工程学会应急管理系统工程专业委员会主任委员、服务系统工程分会副主任委员，“城市安全运行与应急保障”北京市国际科技合作基地主任；期刊《Sustainable Operations and Computers》副主编、《Computers and Industrial Engineering》领域编辑(Area Editor)，《北京航空航天大学学报》、《系统工程理论与实践》编委。\r

分别获得天津大学学士学位、中国矿业大学(北京)硕士学位、北京航空航天大学博士学位，为全国优秀博士学位论文提名奖获得者；自2002年起，在北京航空航天大学经济管理学院工作，2007年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划；曾多次访问香港城市大学和香港理工大学，并于2007年至2008年以博士后身份赴加拿大蒙特利尔大学商学院交流访问，与英、美、加、法、日、塞尔维亚、新加坡、智利等国以及台湾、香港、澳门地区的学者有广泛合作。
