个人简历
北京航空航天大学集成电路学院教师,北京航空航天大学青岛研究院-北航歌尔微电子研究院执行院长,北航-致真集成电路装备联合实验室主任。2014年毕业于北航中法工程师学院(École Centrale de Pékin),获工学硕士和法国通用工程师学位;2018年5月于法国巴黎-萨克雷大学(Université Paris-Saclay)完成博士课题《Spin-polarized current-induced domain wall motion in CoFeB nanowires》并通过博士学位论文答辩,获得物理学博士学位;2018年6月于北京航空航天大学通过《多层磁性薄膜中的界面效应及应用》博士学位论文答辩,获得工学博士学位,被评为2018年北京航空航天大学优秀博士毕业生,论文被评为2019年北京航空航天大学优秀博士学位论文。2018年7月入职北京航空航天大学微电子学院(现集成电路学院)。\r\r主要研究方向为集成电路测试设备研发、磁光克尔成像技术、磁性动力学、新型自旋电子器件的设计、磁性传感器的设计开发等。先后主持国家自然科学基金青年项目,北京市科技计划项目,山东省重点研发计划(重大科技创新工程)项目,中关村开放实验室集成电路测试设备研发项目等,参与青岛市磁传感芯片公共研发平台建设项目,青岛市磁传感芯片重点实验室建设、青岛市集成电路测试技术与装备工程研究中心建设、高端智能传感芯片研发项目等。\r\r带领团队自主研发中国首套商用高分辨率磁光克尔综合测试系统,研发高精度磁滞回线磁光测试仪,晶圆级磁场探针台,获得国家发明专利多项,多项技术实现成果转化;获得“崂山拔尖人才”、北航“小米青年学者”等称号;带领团队获得“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛全国决赛金奖、科技部“全国颠覆性技术创新大赛”优秀奖等。研究领域
