衣博文，男，1991年10月生，辽宁营口人，现任北京航空航天大学经济管理学院副教授，硕士生导师。研究方向包括能源经济、电力规划管理、电力市场、环境外部性评估等方面。发表学术论文超过25篇，包括Cell子刊、管理世界、Energy Journal、Energy Economics等国内外经济管理领域主流期刊，论文合计引用次数超过500次。参与完成4篇政策建议被相关部门采纳或收录，形成2项方法被企业采用，主持国自科青年项目1项、国家重点研发计划子课题1项，2021年入选北航青年拔尖人才支持计划，研究成果入选2021年中国石油科学十佳论文。\r
